Our chimney stack collapsed three months ago, and it was a terrifying experience. We heard what sounded like a pile of bricks being dropped on our house from the sky! Unfortunately for us, the chimney stack landed on our slate roof and smashed right through it and into our attic. The wind and rain just made it even worse. I just want to say thank you for rushing out to us and helping us deal with what happened. It was truly terrifying.
